I wouldn't spend money, its via a CheatEngine and RIOT will either warn/ban your account and RP will be removed, buy them legit is your best option.

Its via cheat engine is very very wrong. You are stupid to even think I use cheat engine. Cheat engine is client sided if you don't know that then you're really stupid.
