new computer build.Is it good?

So im starting a new pc build for me.Its a fully AMD build.So the specs are:
CPU:AMD phenom II X4 965 Black edition
GPU:AMD radeon 6750
ram:8gb DDR3
PSU:650W
HDD:1TB+128GB SSD
MoBo:ASROCK MB AMD 970/SB950 SAM3+ ATX/970 EXTREME3
case:nzxt enthusiast MIDI Case
keyboard:Razer lycosa
Mouse:Razer Deathadder

is this a good build?should i change anything on this?wont change the processor thou,that stays.anything else that i could maybe change?

What is the price of this computer?

The GPU is Not so Good . The MB and CPU are enough. How many you will Pay for your System ?

pretty much as much as needed for an AMD system with these specs.all i want is a good enough video card.all the other things ive got calculated.

Where are you from and what's your maximum budget?

the gpu has to NOT bottleneck my cpu,thats all im asking for pretty much.
