hey everyone iam kinda new on editing grf files so i really need your help

I want to make a 0delay grf.

I followed the steps here

Required Programs

Gryff click
- Gryff is a .grf editor, just extract it somewhere

actOR click
- actOR is a sprite editor and you can create the required .act files with it
same as Gryff, just extract it somewhere


At first, make a Backup of your data.grf before you mess up something.
Open your data.grf with Gryff,

File -> Open -> select your .grf file


thats from Mankana but whenever i start the gryff app, i cannot see the korean texts that they are talking about, it only appears like this [][][] boxes
what i need to find is this 프로페서_남 the sprite of the Sorcerer. so what do i do now? can anyone help me??

Hmm, there's a separate grf for nodelays.. but if you really want to do this. get a korean language pack or something like that. i can't remember it lol.

download unbollox at ratemyserver.net -> RO Tools

use it to change the names, edit the sprites, change the names back as they were before (using unbollox again) and put them in a grf
