bot question! need help bad

ok, every bot i try to use wont work, i have a windows 7 laptop. and ive changed the color to 16 bit from 32 bbit and everything to see if it would help, it didnt

when co loads up, it goes to black on the outside like its not wide screen, and the bots dont work. can someone please help me to fix this problem? fast please. any suggestions would be helpful.
