Functional resource extractors? (yet another request...)

This is probably the third request thread I've made. I swear, I'll give back to the community one day...

Anyway, I'm just wondering if anyone knows of any fully functional resource extractors? The only ones posted here are too outdated and their threads have been remove. Actually, up to date isn't even necessary; I'm mostly after some attack sounds and the like, so so long as I can access and rip those I'd be happy.
Any ideas?
