[request-hepl] I need some help guys

I have few problems with Tq Binarys Mike source
1: when i create new account it make it lvl 1 but with a lot cool gear i want to make it without gear
2: i wana make the drop rate of silvers same like bw
3: i wana make exp rate bigger
