to fix that problem with Npc take the cq_generator table out of the Mannqui database and put it in the new database. Thats all i had to do to fix the problem. Here is a better way to. Open both my folder for both servers. Copy all thre files for cq_generate on mannq and then paste them inside the my folder for new database. Replace the ones already there. If cq_generator doesnt fix it then replace the cq_monsters table to.

well personally i replaced cq_generator and cq_monstertype with manequinn ones and it worked perfect...

or you could do a REAL fix and edit the NPC config there is a spot that states the max monster limit once this is reached the NPC.exe will crash that is your problem
