@wish7boy: either you pay for RP and buy champions, or you either buy Referrals and you won't get 1000 ip boost. So yeah, that's cheap.

So while your playing the game and getting 80 IP per win, you are getting + 145. You can easily buy new champs, runes.. you will be getting 145k IP with the boosts.
