PS_Game.exe's doing weird...

I just found out that when ever im putting a new Ps_Game.exe in the server im getting an annoying bug it wont let me use the /set command and it will give 48k MP to a new created character and will give max damage with any wep.
any suggestions on how to solve this?

did u thought about that the problem is in the db itself? <.<

no and its not the DB because i've changed DB's to ep 6 to

If your switching PS_Game.exe's and still getting this error with each of them.. then as Teddy says.. check your DB. Just because it's released here, doesn't mean it actually works properly and bug free..
