Command area pvp

Hello, I am looking for the command to stop the xp in area 1-15 and 20-30, would you have pls

One way to do this is to set (database-side) the EXP from every mob in the 15 zone to 0

I attached a SQL query which was posted here on epvp some time ago. It will remove the exp of all PvP (Proelium and Cantabilian) and GRB mobs.
