best Stuff 4 Mage

i wanne know what is the best equipment in low (81atm) and high lvl for Mage?

would be nice if anyone give me a skillbuild too

Ablosute BG Gloves and Boots Full ashtals CF Kilt 12% Res +Poison Top with Phyres Stamina Increase CD stone and Curse Remov stone +some nice CD+all stats cap till lvl90 after 90 HH Armor 90lvl and 90HH Cap.For uniqs you can use Int Luke with Elem Cloak and 2xInt Ohkeros+2 +1rank rings to buff up.Same for wep lvl80 HH staff with nice stats and slots and just 92lvl wep with +1 for buffing or if u get some epic +1 rank use it and wep also full ashtal :)

also those new true kilts are quite nice for mage's 5% cd on it if im right

+ Better if u have royal cloaks use int luke with royal and dont forget if u WCP guy use top hh only for buff and the cf with nice stats for pvp vs cast classes and hh one vs crit

Build rly depends on what stuff u use +1 rank or CD gear cuz on +1 rank your CD is low and you need more att skills not like on CD you need mostly your HH skill and Combo skills cuz on 95% CD you can spam them also Antimagic has 9sec CD is its rly epic :P But here is some build [Only registered and activated users can see links.
