Flyff Server Database MSQL Error

Hey,
Already many thanks for reading my topic.
So here is my problem i am working on my flyff private server and i got stuck at a certain point.
When i try to open my 2. DatabaseServer.exe I get the following error:

FAIL read ini- ..\\script\DataServer.ini

And if i look at that sertain file I have the following:

ResourceFolder "C:\Users\Daan\Desktop\Flyff server\New Repack\V15_FIles\Resource"

Sys 1

Account "127.0.0.1"

DSN_NAME_CHARACTER "character01"
DB_ADMIN_ID_CHARACTER "character01"

DSN_NAME_LOG "log01"
DB_ADMIN_ID_LOG "log01"

LANG 1

DB_PWD_LOG "[wachtwoord server verborgen]"
DB_PWD_CHARACTER "[wachtwoord server verborgen]"
DB_PWD_BACKEND "[wachtwoord server verborgen]"
DB_PWD_ITEMUPDATE "[wachtwoord server verborgen]"

Could someone here help me with this problem?

you forget add this in your files ..\\script\DataServer.ini

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

have you added a new resource folder?
If so, you also need to insert a new program folder.
If you insert a new resource folder, you can not replace their simple. Always comes this error message.
You have to delete the files in the resource folder and the new insert, if you have it done so.

I did insert a new resource folder but how can i delete them and regain them afterwards?

I did download the scripts en again put it to my recources folder like this: C:\Users\Daan\Desktop\Flyff server\New Repack\V15_FIles\Resource

but it still gives the same error
