Yes its possible, its in media.pk2 obviously I think serverdep/blablabl the folder w/ all the text files (I think its itemoption.txt). Its a matter of changing 7 to 6 and 9 to 8 easy as that.
Sorry if its a bit vague, its been 2+ years since I've done this.
