Need Help For Level Rate... (Please All Please T_T )

heeyy... Any Sombody Can Help Me?

i want to release my EO PServer...
But... My Level Rate Is Too Hight >.<

I Need The Rate EXP are same Like Official...
if The EXP Bar 100% Are Level up...
no At 100% +++ Or 100% -

Please Help Me all >.<

ini/levelexp.dat ... funhacker already release the software..

lol no its db sided ! thats just to fix the 100% thing not to slow down the exp rates

u dont have any other way for slow leveling but to decrease the exp from mobs .
