[HELP]Guys how to make cool and luckytime in PowerSource

First hi guys....there is way to make this things and gw and redname dropitems and black name to jail and how to make jail?? in powersource can u say where i should put all this and what's i should write and i should put it in Coserverproject or in BackUp and after do it i should cancel my server and make it from first??? or what???
