This is the hack for population.. I just copy/pasted it from other thread....

1. Open CityVille 2
2. Open CE 6.2
3. Go to market and then Buildings and choose a house type and look for citizen the green one. For example I choose the first one that is Cottage, cost 150 gold and gives med 415 citizen.
4. Go to your CE and selected ur link.
5. Don't change nothing (if u have changed it, put it back to 4 Bytes)
6. Search that number up in my exampel "415"
7. Ther will be alots of adress. Click the first one and hold in SHIFT button and drag all the way down to the last adress. Click on it and then click on the red arrow to your right (in the middel)
8. After that select all the adresses and change the number from 415 til 5000. ( Don't change to much, cuz it will crash) then build a cottage and you wil gain 5000 citizen insted of 415. This way u will level up faster.
