what am i doing wrong??[SJSRO]

well when i try to connect to sjsro it always says that server is under inspection. Andi think i did everything right - downloaded client+pk2. later i tryed to change the ip with mediapatcher but after that when i lunhc sro i get errors. WTF? can some1 help plx?
