[PROBLEM]Private Dns server

Yesterday i made a private dns server with profizocker94's vhd.
All up and ok, and i am able to login and enter game from my pc.
I gave the client also to a friend of mine and he is able to login, choose
kindom and make a character but when he presses start to enter game
he is dropped back at server and channel selection.

The Ports that are forwarded in the router are:

TCP 11002 - 11002 11002 - 11002
UDP 11002 - 11002 11002 - 11002
TCP 13000 - 13099 13000 - 13099
UDP 13000 - 13099 13000 - 13099
TCP 13100 - 13299 13100 - 13299
UDP 13100 - 13299 13100 - 13299

Any help appreciated(and if possible in english please).
