Request: Team iDemise Leveling Guide (QuestUp)

Hello :)

Does anyone have this leveling guide? I know that there's a sticky on this forum but the author doesn't seem to update that guide any time soon. And since team iDemise has changed their guide a lot it seems it would be very nice if someone could upload it.
