[Release] Buggy rdb tool

here a rdb tool for questresource and itemresource of the 7.1 client

batteries not included

very nice tool
and it's also much faster than any rdb tool i have ever seen or made

but i wish if you can tell me how to make a dll by my self

as i can't create i tool like it in c++ but i could make a dll file on C# or maybe c++

i hope you can help me ^^
