How to make an Online Eudemons Online?

Can someone teach me how to make EO? I've tried making it using all off source here but when I logged in, it says, maitenance.. What can I do? If you can do it to me, it's awesome.. If just wanna help, just post here the tutorial but don't use the others tutorial coz I've used all of them..
