You mean like add so it increase shield?
Open the itemetc.csv
Find the wing you wanna edit
Goto column 44 place this in there: 97
At column 45 you write the amount of shield it should give (:

What cant u understand at that just open csv file with ur wings and thers a colum with item option or something like that ... Just add 97 for inc shield % and for shield recover 98 which is rec rate per minute if u add 98,5000 is add 5000 shield in 1minute . And stop asking to be spoon feed and just try out and backup ur csv file before u edit it . If u mess up just place it back or fix it ;)
