Need help with commands! =[

I used this guide

and it works fine. I made a Tao and you can't get any spell's because there are no commands for it. Could anyone help me to make one or maybe give me a link to somewere that tells you how.. I have tryed and i cant seem to get it to work. any help would be nice =D
