sibi bot filter .. is it safe?

i scaned itat virus total and 29 antivirus`es :) `outta 39 found it to be a trojan .... well? any suggestions? does it scan for my password or what?

It's safe, or else it wouldn't be sticky and probably one of the mods would have classified it unsafe by this time.
