Thers also a command to lower the xp while ingame just enter /GM expratio 1.00 /15.00 my self never got more exp higherbthen 15.00 by command or just lower all xp at share/creature/monster.csv

Well gogovip there is most of thing... You can edit formula.ini in Share folder there is rates. 1.0 = 1 , 2.0 = double, also as conquer93 say there is command's for it. And diffrent way is editing share/pc/exp there is file that tolding you how much left before lvl (exp rates), and another way is editing monster.csv by your self it is little harder to understand.

The last way to do it is by editing the xp required to lv
