Mbot windows xp Help

So i have mbot for Windows XP and it says im logged in and everthing.

But when i press launch sro nothing happens, my cursor says its loading

but sro dosnt pop up, does anybody kno how to fix that? please help!!

Does sro appear in the list of processes?
