Anybody HeLp me?--> come on <--

Hi guys, i have a proglem with private servers..
91mt2 and goodmt2 down and somebody says "2009longju" up but
i can't regist on 2009longju :(
it says "NO INTERNATIONAL NO PLAY"
i think they stop regist from other countries.. :S
anybody can give me any p server account or help me about regist?

use vipmt2(pserver), its better than the others and foreigners are allowed
