I don't know, if your problem is already fixed, but... Are you using Windows 95? It looks live, you're using W95 ;) And minecraft requires at minimum W-XP (source (dont know it these are the real requirements):

If you've got these things, please update your video card drivers (if there are some new ones for W95) How to do that? You can find a answer on this everywhere on the internet ;)
