server idea

i've been thinking of opening pserver... and need some idea's or feed back..

1st of all.. cap will be 70.. skills will be 125 // designed too fit 70 cap..

skills also will be down powerd.. cuz im sure that lv 20 can kill lv 70 with 125 skill..

will be eu/ch server.. certain builds will be hybride build base.. alot of skills will require certain str and int to go with...

its still in " thinking and deciding phase "

so yea.. vote and leave coment.. no haterz are allowed

Pretty big mixture, I don't think people will think this server-idea balanced. But still, it's unique.

I would like to see/join a 70-80 cap server with eu chars. (Yea, I know its not oldschool, we only had chinese once, but for God's sake, we already have 2734534 servers like that)
