if you aren't GM or PH you can get this items after you win event or thing else and there isn't many bugs there is just 3 or 4 bugs here's some pictures

after that you must replace those files with the cilent files

Server and CIDserver goes to the cilent folder

ani replace wih ani which in the cilent folder
data replace it with data which in the cilnet folder
effect go to c3 and put it there
ini open it and copy the files which in it and put it into the cilen ini
texture copy it and go to cilent folder then c3 and put it there

Good luck. My advise for you, if you are looking for an active, helpful GM. you should find out if they know a lot about the game. I had my own conquer server and alot of newbies PMed me for GM spots and others. so if you are looking for one, pick a good knowledged one. just my two cents.

I would advise getting a non-hamachi host. People tend to shy away from hamachi servers.
