Problem with Custom BGM's

heys guys im kinda new here, i just want to ask this kind of problem.

when my OS is Vista my Custom BGM is still fine but when I reformat it to windows 7

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

this problem comes everytime i press F7

so anyone can help me? :)

already did it but still nothing happens ive even tried to reinstall it but still fail

I think your computer needs some files so that the GC client can play it.
Try to update your Windows to the latest updates.

Oh and remember to run the programs as the Administrator.

Instead of pressing F7 at the lobby, try to use other locations like the world map.
If it has the similar error, then GC can't really play it because of a missing component.

then what should i do with the missing component?

You need to install them.
Before that, I would like to know more details than the image on the first post.
I can't give any possible solutions without more information.

Ive tried doing this things so far

Reinstalling>Patch>Replace the Song>Then Start>Error
Bypasser(the Kog_Studio_service if i am not mistaken)>Error
Run as administrator>Patch>Replace>Start>Error

and BTW in my Music Folder in GrandChase we have "Usa_Logo" right?

i copy it, then rename it to "Logo" and it works

Did you already replaced them?
Try using the original BGMs。If it worked, then it was probably on the file.

yes, the original BGM's is working

It was on the MP3 file.

Try to convert it again into MP3 format to make sure the encoding is right.
