the problem he dont do CD but after first skill attak the 2nd not doing dmg

The Skills for AK are messed up, and not all work properly, or as effectivly as other Classes such as Segs/Hunters/Summys.

As for Code, try this.

For Rank, looks ok.

However, Airsmash might be one that doesn't work that well. Also remember to edit the proper skill level. The main point is to make the TimeTick column ZERO.
