Private Server

Hy guys! I am posting on this site cuz i know it very well and i know that here are some smart people. I wanna make a private server and i have some request. Those would be:
1. I want to make a server with my own npc`s
2. I don`t want it to be with commands like /lever 130 or /money 99999999
3. I want to have the power to give some people [GM] or [PM], with restricted commands if i can
4. I want to make a site with Account REgistration and Password Changer.
5. I want on this site a place where people can donate.
6. I want to increase the experience rate and the money drop rate.
7. I want, if i can to have the new class ninja.

your questions..my answers..
1.you can do this on almost any source..
2.this is just a command...take it out or restrict it
3.make an account status restricting ppl without that status to do certain commands.. if(Player.Status == 8)
4.i believe this can be done with mysql sources if u do some php edits
5.paypal?
6.its in the source...need to change that urself
7.no clue =(

i think you should get notepad++ and look at some sources out now...i suggest starting with zanes public source(search for zane)...samehaven has a much better starting guide(search for samehaven and read a little) zanes is just samehavens rev 4c but its hard to find so just stick with zanes sources

this source doesnt havent teams and such but its a great starter...learn and expand
