Seeking private server with these features

Hi Guys, I am looking for a server with the following or similar characteristics, that is, the same or similar I have a group of people who will join if we get a good server, no more to say these are:

* Cap Lvl 120 + +
* Skill Cap 125 + + (New Skill)
* New Map Arabian That Works
* Rates preferably between 50x and 150x
* Free Silk not spend money on these games
* Job moderate or high rate
* Mbot or cualkier serve Bot Free
D13 or D14 * I would like more if they worked all D13 or D14 degree even than the D12 replaced x server so eh muxos seen, ie, 101-110 D11, D12 110-120, 120-130 D13 to D14 if I would like to Lv 130 isiera a quest for eg D14 Dimensions of Egy weapons "EYE" this is not mandatory but if you have better muxo uff

* No matter if the server is new or has no active People Like if they have these characteristics warn

* Very important The Corrupt GM than to be serious who are not close friends helping with weapons or Silk

Imagine every user would be that confused and starts a thread to find a server.
This would end in a total chaos !
