VPS problem

Hi.. i have run windows server 2003 VPS.. when i on mysql it not work(red).. normaly when i using windows XP it work(green).. how to do this? i newbie about vps :(
waste my money if no more work

The servers will not work on Windows Server XXXX. I tried many times and wasted valuable $$$ but they will not work.
