[HELP] website error

hi guyz , suddenly my website didnt work an idk why it give the error
" Fatal error: Call to undefined function mysql_connect() in C:\AppServ\www\config.php on line 15"

i attached my config.php

/update , willing to pay 5 $ for who can make me a server .co.nr on my template , would be more appreciated if it was free :p

for register.php use one of those that are already released...

my problem was solved , but now im looking for someone who can make my website .co.nr cuz i cant dot it.
and that isnt my other acc btw

" OPS, fail to connect to website" or sth like that
that why i need help , im not a noob
