Custom maps

is there a way to get custom maps as in change the map from the standard blue to something different if there is can someone please explain to me how to do so

Silver angel's hack auto updated ..it will update automatically......but his tank mode is bull shit....if your car speed is slow tank mode can do nothing & you will busted
