worked for me today, didn't noticed that there was a patch, if yes then sorry

then you are doing something wrong.
make sure to
set resolution to 800 x 600
turn on autofinish and start sync ( f8 and f9)
put game in windowed mode
teleport to any race (circuit or sprint)
make sure its open event or you will have problems with durability
start qr bot and do whatever you want while it makes you money and rep
when you are done go to safehouse and change driver and you will get money and rep
don't put it to do too long or you will get banned or game will crash.
i hope it works for you, for me it does work flawlessly .

There's also slenfbot. I get $400k+ per hour, but I don't know how much rep you get. I did get from level 26 to 50 in a couple days though.
