Silkroad P-Server request & Sro-R files

Hay, first i have just a short question,
are there the files for a p-server with the Silkroad R China skills? There are a lot of new and helpfull skills at Silkroad R for china chars. If yes, would be nice to know. :)

Now the P-Server
I am not able to creat a P-Server because i am not a PC crack^^
So i just want to ask, is here anyone who is interested to open his own P-Server, i have a lot of ideas for a nice P-Server.. like the most player for sure, but i just want to ask one time :)

A bit about me, i am from germany, 20 years old and male. If anyone is interested in my ideas for a p-server, please write me. Just a short info what i am thinking about.

I want a very low rate cap 60- cap 80 server. Without a lot of unique events and just very old school like :) If the skills china skills of Silkroad R can be included, it would be perfect :)

So just feel free to write your comments. I know there will be some haters in the comments, but i hope to find one who would help me :)

For the lvl cap 80-90-100 are the best (my opinion)

Okay nice thank you for this link, now i know that it is able to creat a server with Silkroad R skills :)

now i must find someone who wanna creat my server :D

It's not that hard to run a server , the hard part for me is the custom edits and all that stuff

okay that will be the biggest part, i want max cap 90, better, i have changes in the euqipment level. i want the skills of silkroad r. only china races. no botter.
exp rate max x5. pots higher stackable. fgw and ctf included. and a lot things more :D

okay nice, but the bad thing is, i have no skills for doing a p-server i have just the ideas and hope, that there is one person who think, he can use my ideas and creat a nice server ;)
I make silkroad let's plays on youtube and i have anought viewers, so i think i could find some players for the server very fast :)

sorry i don't want to pay, because i don't want to be included in the profite that the server makes, so the owner would make anought money. But i must be true, i don't know how expansive a p-server is and sorry if my considerations are ridiculous.
