You have to collect parts for base from booty box (again the amazing chance.....) and 1 part give you 10% builded base so you need 10 parts - for 100 % and when you are done the base will fight with you, afcorse i think it can be destroyed ;)

its on everymap but you have to find the asteroid and get module parts to build it
