RAR is the native format of WinRAR archiver. Like other archives, RAR files are data containers, they store one or several files in the compressed form. After you downloaded RAR file from Internet, you need to unpack its contents in order to use it.

inside the ARCHIVE is actually the DLL File..

the file has 1/44 detection ratio, and the one who detected it, was Ikarus,

a "not-so-well-known" anti-virus..

the anti-virus giants did not even detect it..

so in my opinion, this is a "FALSE-POSITIVE" in w/c case, common in most

dll files.
