How to install server on VPS

Hello epvprs can anyone make some tutorial how to install server on VPS. i've tried but when i finish install it no service is not started. what the problem help pls

There is absolutely nothing different between installing it on a VPS or on your PC

But when i install server on PC all services can start and all working and when i'll try install it on VPS services can't start all they stay at pause where problem help pls

then u basicly did something wrong provide us ur loggs and we can help u to fix that problem
