Private server(Action3deffect):
002.999.034.001_0=a1956+v_armet
Official server(Action3deffect):
0.002.999.034.001_0=a1956+v_armet
That is the limit for Action3deffect for private server and no effect will appear if we are using (0.002.999.034.001_0=a1956+v_armet) like Official server.
If im wrong, please correct me..tq.. :)

For you it's possible? I do believe before the whole "not paying me for my work" thing happened, I actually studied this due to your request, and taught you how to do this. At the same time I mentioned to you that it's not possible to add the same mount effects as Official EO because the effects do not attach the model.
Oh and your code is wrong:
002.999.034.001_0=a1956+v_armet
002: This line relates to the model and lookface the effect attaches to, meaning your attaching the vampire horse effect to the model for a FEMALE.
034.001: These two 3 digit entries state the item that the effect will attach to, meaning your trying to attach the effect to the item 34001, which I don't even think is a valid item.
_0: This is unnecessary in private server clients.
a1956+v_armet: Instead of feeling special and boasting about how it's "possible for you" maybe you should include the actual effect line in 3DEffect if your giving an explanation.

You don't even know what your talking about lol, listing file types and saying "you gotta learn it" is for one not helping anyone and very much untrue. Due to how different the retail EO client and private server clients work, you are unable to attach effects to horses mane as seen in picture.
So in spite of what I've said, when answering a question you may want to actually help the person and answer it correctly instead of boasting about ourselves and creating false images by confusing those whom are seeking help.
