HELP with SQL

Hello all i know that this is probably a very newbie question and i am sorry that i am this noob however someone has to be that noob.

Well the problem is i cannot change the password on any of the accounts in the sql logins thing,
when i change the sa password by just deleting it deletes but after i press ok
and go back to see if it has changed it hasn't :L

I have also tried via queries and cmd any help would be much appreciated thanks in advanced

How does this help this is the guide i followed i know how to setup a rappelz server i am just getting a problem with sql...
