Game experiences

Hello everyone,

I'd love to hear your opinions as of what kind of player each one is, basically Bandit or Friendly; as well, it would be awesome to hear an explanation as of why did you choose that path.

Throwing some stories as of how your experiences have been in-game, would be awesome to hear, anything interesting that you have gone through, something that you would like to share with everyone.

Let me start, I got 5 characters in-game, and I have decided to be friendly, whenever I can I go and help people, while trying to avoid those bandits around.

A couple of good experiences I have had in game have been with friendly people, the first one was in the big city; where I entered a 3-floor building and found another player there, he just had some antibiotics and water, while I had a couple of flashlights and hammers, so we traded some antibiotics for the spare hammer/flashlight I had and then we went to kill zombies for a little bit over 2 hours there, while hiding from a bandit whom was around there killing everyone on sight. We managed to get away from him and went in different directions then.

The second one was in the northern town, I managed to go into the market there and collected some melee weapons, a some supplies, when I went out and started walking towards the church, when I saw a guy there and he simply shot his handgun; he didn't hit me, but he hit a guy whom was running to me with a silver bat on him, he was going to kill me but I was saved by the guy in the church, we got to talk there and he gave me a Jericho gun with some ammo so that I could get to a safe zone; sadly, the bandit he killed brought his friends to the server to the point in which there were 20 Megabandits and just 5 neutral on the server, they managed to kill us all with their sniper rifles...

So, what's your story?

I have 1 bandit from defending myself (killed some people who tried to hammer me or shot at me) and the rest of my characters are neutral :)

Today's patch was a big fail in my opinion, low end pc users aren't even able to play anymore :/

Im new in this game and searched circa 30 minutes for one gun.
My first gun i found was a machine gun, but zombies killed me. lol.
Im playing now 1 hour and got 0 guns, so very hard and damn bandits robbed me

Well, you wouldn't find a gun everywhere on real life, would you? It takes time to find guns, that is the good part of the game, scavenge to get what you need, some times you need guns, some times you need ammo, some times you will need bandages, food or water, that is the interesting part of it, keep looking, you will find things while exploring

It's fixed now, running pretty well atm.

Well, I actually played it last night (can see it on my Xfire profile) and grass is showing, not that much though, so my fps didn't drop at all; liked the enhancements they did to the zombies a lot, and the new city is simply awesome, full of items to loot

At the beginning i was always raging cause other people shot at me although i had nothing, but a few hours later i was sneaking arround and didn't trust anybody.. and today was the best, me and a another friend played and talked via skype, we was in a building and i saw outside 3 people hiding behind a wall, waiting 4 the best moment to kill us. I told it to my friend and we run outside and had a big shooting with them but we won and get all the loot of them so much weapons and antibiotics xD

At the beginning i'm very angry because of the many bugs of the game :)

I spawned at the map and have only a flashlight, then attacked me directly four Zombies and try to kill me. Then i think "Okay let's go beat them all !" and the end of the story was they killed me because i can't kill them with a damn flashlight :D Other time i found a player with a weapon, hey helped me and killed the zombies behind me. But at the next time he killed me for my Marketplace Baseball bat :(

You actually can kill them with your flashlight, remember that all you have to do is aim to their heads, with a flashlight it won't take more than 8 hits to take them down

Hmm...

I've tried it the last few nights, when the zombies freezed with a bug.
I hit him for 40-50 times but i can't kill him.

Yesterday i found 2x Mossberg 690, 2x Jericho 9mm, 1x B92 and one M16.
I was on the way to a safezone but there camped a bandit and he killed me.
God dammit i lost all my things <.<

Try aiming up, even a little bit above their head, as well, move around them and if you have the chance hit them from behind

Happens a lot, right now there is no point on going to safe zones anyways as there will be a wipe at some point between Closed Beta/Open Beta/Full Release, and as stated by Sergei, Alpha testers will get a "starter package"

What does the new Patch ? Why People with low end PC cant play anymore ? :o

Well my laptop actually is a low end pc and my fps are better then before the patch.
