Some Notes:
It would be really great if someone could make a tool for this game and with instant build of kits but the take over prize is same :P because if u know if u create an outpotst with 1 resource take over when someone attack you and take over your outpost the prize of the is only 1m resource

they are working, im using them right now, using spawn mushroom and more hack and it works fine

There are LOADS of hacks on here that are working, currently there are three which I know of working.

You are the one that there is a problem with, you are doing it wrong.

Step 1. Clear browser cache (Let's say google chrome)
Step 2. Load up BYM.
Step 3. Open up charles - do your thing.
Step 4. Clear browser cache
Step 5. Refresh
