Use cheatengine, search for xp cost for the item, change all adresses to zero (negative numbers work, too. --> you can unlock everything by cheating yourself some xp instead of setting all unlocks to zero) and unlock them.
Every retard can do that BUT it will get you banned in 3-4 days after usage because they ALWAYS check after events! Got my level 25 account banned by doing it on only one item. --> I would only recommened it for fake accounts when you want to try out the units, not on your real one.
