Stuff about SJSRO

I haven't played SJSRO yet but i'm thinking of playing it. Can someone plz tell me what the rates of the two servers are and what the difference between them is? i don't people to say "i think it's....", i need correct information. Thanks to whoever helps.

...but jus so u dont HAVE to go there to see lol
the rates are...

EXP: 30x
SP: 30x
Drops: 10x
Gold: 10x

and

Lvl Cap 90
Skill Cap 70 (only lvl 70 skills but the 70 skills can go to 90)
