Problem Warrock Membership

Hey guys

i have a problem with my membership and some other things i bough with nexon cash..
i bough flashmine, 30d gold membership and mp7a1 with nexon cash but i didnt get it ? can anyone help me? or i have to activate it with a code or something, so yes? where can i find it ?
please help

You must go in the game. The in the Itemshop and there you must activate them in the Outbox
