All tools a newbie will need!!

Here u go newbie guys...I thought of making this topic coz when i first started eo development i had problems finding the appropriate tools...so i will give u all the tools here and other stuff like gm/pm commands and site files...to make ur own pserver and have an easy start at eo development....
